実の所、ヨーロッパではあることが起こっていた。ある科学者がクラクフ（ポーランド）に向かっていた。なぜならチェコスロバキアに訪ねてくる ことになって いたのであるが、なんとクラクフ市内に向かうルートでタクシーが自動車事故を起こしてしまい病院に収容されたとの報を受けたからで、あった。 からまた自動 車で一人山道を走らせるのであった。その人物とはフランス人のある有名自動車レーサーとアメリカ人大物美人女優とのことであった。なのである が実の所、そ の科学者のところにたずねてくるわけではなかったが、せめて、見舞いに行こうとして、山道をいてもたってもいられず深夜ひとりで飛ばすので あった。だがし かしあろうことか彼も自動車事故をおこしてしまった、がなんとか窮地に一生を得たのであった。彼は翌日なんとか select game b 総合病院 c 何日か　あと　に　警察やさん a 警察やさん　に出頭してしまうことに なったのであ るが、そこでうまく説明はしなかった。なぜならなんとなく馬鹿げていたから、それでうまく誤魔化しておいたかれであった。

1996年の夏の夜のPM7:30 だった　ボクは　夜の　草地の公園に　いった。　そのベンチにすわって　なにかを　考えていた

それから当の科学者に話をもどそう、彼はなんとそのイギリスの所業について知ってしまうのであった。だからこんどは亡命を 企て るのであっ た。なぜな ら、かの地チェコスロバキアといっても安全ではない、だからあろうことかその裏切り者ともいうべきその科学者自身も前々から考えていたのであ るが、なんと かこんどはパリ市内にあるイギリス大使館に駆け込もうとまちおかまえるのであった。

“とにかく自動車に乗り込もうとしたのであるが、自分の自動車は壊れていて使い物にならない、だから家族の所有している車 をつ かおうとする のである がその家族はウンといわない。そして彼の娘は彼、有名フランス人の自動車レーサーなる者と知り合いで、あった、パリでの会食によく、あってい た、とのこと であった。その自動車レーサーもなんとそのイギリスの所業について知ってしまったから、こんどは自分もパリ目指して車をはしらせるのであっ た。もっとも 彼、科学者とそのレーサーとは面識はない・・・。

そしてなんとか家族に言い聞かせて車を発車させた彼であったが、彼はトラックも所有していた。だから自分はそのトラックに 乗っ ていけばよ かったが、 トラックではガソリンの容量が足りないのでやもなく、自分だけでなく、家族もできるなら一緒にということで、情を起こして、家族ともども、で かけたので あった。さて、彼はパリに着くことができるであろうか…・？

そして彼は実はスイスの大学に勤めていた。それ程の大學ではなかったが彼は知能指数155 からor 170を数えるほどの世界でも指折りの化学者であった。彼は自動 車のカーボンの研究に没頭していた。彼はスイスから出国しようとしたが実はある失敗をしてしまった。なぜなら家族がこういっつてしまったの だ。

“核戦争が起こるからイギリスに亡命するのよ。”とそして出入国管理官が不信がってなんと許可しずにおいたのであった。だ が出 入国管理官は ある失敗 をした。なんとその人物を警察に引き渡してしまったのだ。彼は医者の診察を受けた。三日ほど逗留する事になった。その時イギリス国 はこう言うのだ。“ああ全て終わりだ…”と、彼が出国することにそれ程の意味があるのか？それは分からない。が彼が重要人物 であ ることはたし かであった。 はたして世界の運命を左右するほどの重要な研究をしていたのであろうか？それとも…？

実は彼は首と下の肉体が別の人間で構成されていた。彼は生まれた時知能検査を受けたその時１８０であった。とあるとき知っ た。 だがある事 で・・、そ の頭脳を恐れた有力政治家の差し金で彼が、物心つかない、ほんの幼児の時、彼は首から下が切り落とされて、別人の胴体が外科医のチームにより なされたので あった。医者の一部の人間はそのことを気にしていた。が口には出さないが…そんな技術があるのであろうか？そしてかれは悩むのであった。もし そうなら自分 の息子や娘は自分の頭脳が引き継がれているのか？と。彼は両親が昔パリで自動車の非常に優秀なエンジニアを、父親がやっていた。そしてまだ小 さな時、パリ のレストランで家族との食事の最中に暴漢により重症をおった。そしてパリのアパートを両親が引き払い、そのためにチェコにまたきたのであっ た…・・
